These finishes are ideal for customers who require a non-chromate conversion to comply with the requirements for RoSH and WEEE directives.

Iridite NCP coating

A chemical process which offers a high level of resistance to corrosion. It produces a clear surface coating which has high temperature resistance, as well as excellent adhesion to paints, sealants and adhesives.

Surtec 650

This is a hexavalent chromium-free passivate for aluminium based on trivalent chromium. This finish offers excellent corrosion protection comparable to hexavalent passivation. It is a suitable pre-treatment for paints, sealants and adhesives.
